Return & Refund Policy
Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom, printed, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive defective, damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or different from the approved order details.
To request a return or report an issue, please contact us first at sales@vastlinks.com with your order number, a short description, and clear photos if applicable.
Please do not send any items back before receiving return approval. Because returns may involve international shipping and customs, please contact us first to confirm the return address, shipping method, requirements, and cost responsibility.
If your return is approved, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects, and Order Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, missing items, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@vastlinks.com.
Claims for custom products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If approved, we may offer a replacement, reprint, partial refund, or refund depending on the issue.
Cancellations and Order Changes
For custom orders, cancellations and refunds are available before you approve the design proof and before production begins. Once the design proof has been approved or production has started, the order usually cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.
Non-Refundable Costs
Sample fees, shipping charges, taxes, rush fees, customs duties, import/export fees, and other order-related charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know whether the refund has been accepted. If accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process the refund.
