We ordered keychains from Vast Promos on very short notice. I first contacted them on April 22nd and needed the items delivered to Australia by May 2nd. Mia responded quickly to all my questions, provided sample pictures as requested, and was very helpful throughout the whole process. She honestly mentioned that it was a very tight deadline, but still assured me that she would do her best. She even spoke with her boss to arrange a good discount for us, which we really appreciated. As promised, the order was shipped on April 27th, and I received the package in Australia by April 29th — even earlier than expected! I am very happy with the product quality. The materials used were excellent, and everything looked great. Special thanks to Mia, her boss, the production team, and the shipping team for making this happen smoothly. Nora assisted me with my purchase and was EXTREMELY Communicative, Checking in on me often and always coming back with more info to my requests within 24 hours, She let me know when things were moving and allowed me to make small adjustments when needed.
